We work hard and play hard to achieve a quality Physical Education program that develops a child’s strength, flexibility, and endurance; teaches athletic skills; and promotes a lifetime love of exercise and sports.
Regular participation in physical education programs will:
- Prepare students with skills for future leisure pursuits through exposures to various individual, team, and alternative activities
- Develop student’s sense of security with their own body
- Improve overall mental health
- Contribute to academic progress by boosting self-esteem
- Provide an outlet for creativity and self-expression
- Decrease anger, fatigue, and confusion
