World Languages

The World Language Department endeavors to provide opportunities for students to learn, understand, speak, read and write in a target language. In Addition, understanding of other people’s developed through the study of culture.

All World Language courses are sequential and elective in nature. The student enters the program at Introductory Spanish. Upon completion of Introductory Spanish, the student should consult with the instructor in order to determine proper placement for the second level course. The student who wishes to take higher level courses must successfully complete the immediately preceding level. There is a possibility that Level IV languages may be offered every other year; dependent on enrollment.
