We work hard and play hard to achieve a quality Physical Education program that develops a child’s strength, flexibility, and endurance; teaches athletic skills; and promotes a lifetime love of exercise and sports.
Regular participation in physical education programs will:
Prepare students with skills for future leisure pursuits through exposures to various individual, team, and alternative activities
Develop student’s sense of security with their own body
Improve overall mental health
Contribute to academic progress by boosting self-esteem
Provide an outlet for creativity and self-expression
