Automated budget requisition forms are available to the teachers and staff through this web site. The forms are set up so that you can enter information from your computer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NAME ENTRY ON FORMS:

Fill in your name, building and grade/course/program on the Summary sheet at the beginning. That information will automatically be generated to all of the sheets in the packet.

FILL-IN FORMS:

The packet contains separate forms for each object code of the budget. The numbers corresponding to the object codes are outlined below. To begin, open the file and enter your information on the Summary sheet. Then complete each tab, as necessary, while reading the instructions and examples for each object code.
The number on the tabs correspond to an object code in the budget. You can also find a listing of the object codes and their descriptions on the Summary sheet.

Totals will automatically be calculated on each page and will flow to the Summary sheet.

SAVE YOUR WORK:

When you have finished with your packet, you should use “Save as” from the File drop down menu to save the document you have created to your folder or on your desktop. If not completed, you may make any additions or corrections to the document on your saved copy without returning to this site once you have started the process. It is very important that you send the completed document as an email attachment to your building secretary. This information will be utilized to make up the building budgets and to enter the PO’s for the new year.

DUE DATES:

All completed budget packets are due to the building level secretaries no later than Friday, February 9, 2024. Major technology requests are due to Mr. Eric Gee no later than Friday, February 9, 2024.
