Every Loyalsock Township School District student receives one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). Students may also purchase second meals, snacks, and beverages.

What Parents Need to Know
- Every LTSD student receives one FREE breakfast and one FREE lunch each school day.
- Students must select a complete meal to qualify for the free meal benefit.
- Second meals, snacks and beverages may be purchased.
- Student meal account balances remain with the student throughout enrollment.
- Cash and MySchoolBucks are accepted for additional purchases.

Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Parent Letter
The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) allows all LTSD students to receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day, regardless of household income.
Creating a MySchoolBucks Account
Manage your student’s cafeteria account online through MySchoolBucks. Parents can view account balances, monitor meal purchases, make secure online payments, set up recurring payments and receive low-balance email reminders.
Creating an account is free. You’ll need your child’s name, student ID number and the district ZIP code to get started. A convenience fee applies to online deposit transactions. Families may also continue to make payments by cash or check payable to the Loyalsock Cafeteria Fund.
SUN Meals
SUN Meals helps ensure children have access to nutritious meals when school is out of session. During the summer months, LTSD proudly participates in the federally funded SUN Meals program, providing free meals to all children 18 years of age and younger, regardless of where they live or attend school.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
