Facility Use Information
Loyalsock Township School District welcomes responsible community use of its facilities outside of the regular school day. District buildings and grounds may be reserved by residents, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and other approved groups when the requested use does not interfere with school operations or activities.

All facility use requests must be submitted online through ML Schedules. New users must first create an account before submitting a reservation request.

Before You Submit
- Non-school groups must provide a Certificate of Insurance.
- $1 million liability coverage required.
- LTSD must be named as Additional Insured.
Facility Use Guidelines
- School groups receive scheduling priority.
- Applications must be complete.
- One adult supervisor is required.
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs and weapons are prohibited.
- Activities may be cancelled due to weather.
- Indoor facilities and athletic fields require approval.
