Right-to-Know Requests

Right-to-Know requests, as outlined by the Right-to-Know Act of Pennsylvania, must be directed to the Loyalsock Township School District Right-to-Know Officer, Business Manager Dan Egly.

How to File a Request

A Right-to-Know request may be filed by:

  1. Electronic mail: [email protected].
  2. In person: LTSD District Service Center, 1605 Four Mile Dr., Williamsport, Pa., 17701, M-F from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  3. U.S. Mail:

    Loyalsock Township School District
    ATTN: Dan Egly
    1605 Four Mile Dr.
    Williamsport, Pa. 17701

You may utilize the PA Right-to-Know Request Form (below) and e-mail it to [email protected] or mail it to the address above.

You should make sure that your request for records is specific and concise. Identify as specifically as you can the records you want so that the district can quickly locate them and determine whether they are public record.

Please be advised that if you send an email request or file a request in person, it does not speed up the time that LTSD has to respond to your request. Responses will be made in five (5) business days, whether placed in person, electronically or by mail. Certain fees may apply.
