Transcript Request
Official Transcript Requests:
Transcript requests should be emailed to Mrs. Carrie LaPoint at clapoint@loyalsocklancers.org. The request must come directly from the student. It must also include the exact email address or mailing address where the official transcript should be sent.
College Entrance Exams:
Students must send their SAT and/or ACT scores to colleges and universities directly. Students can do this by signing into their College Board and/or ACT accounts and requesting their scores be sent.
Dual Enrollment:
If you completed dual enrollment coursework in high school, please be aware that you must request your transcript directly from the college if you plan/hope to potentially utilize these credits at your college.
