LTSD Coronavirus Updates (Last Updated 3/30/20)
On Friday, March 13, Gov. Tom Wolf announced that all K-12 Pennsylvania schools will be closed for two weeks, effective Monday, March 16.
During the initial School Closure, Gov. Wolf announced an extension of the closure until April 13th. At the present time we are planning on a student return to school on the 13th of April.
Meals are being provided every weekday for all children under the age of 18 while schools are closed. A breakfast and lunch will be available on a first come, first served basis. Children must be present in order for meals to be provided. See flyer for additional information.
The CDC is offering valuable resources related to what you need to know about COVID-19. Please visit their website to learn about how it spreads, prevention and treatment, what do do if you are sick, symptoms, stigma and COVID-19, and frequently asked questions.
