The Lycoming County School Districts, including Loyalsock Township School District, and Pennsylvania College of Technology are part of the Lycoming County Insurance Consortium (LCIC) that serves the employees of the 8 school districts and Penn College. The LCIC goal is to provide sound, quality health insurance to their employees at a reasonable rate. With that in mind, it is imperative that an employee health and wellness program be implemented in each district and Penn College with the goal of reducing the cost of health issues and chronic disease. The health and wellness program will be guided by the Health and Wellness Coordinator, who oversees the wellness committees at each school and provides interesting and goal-oriented programming specific to the wants and needs of each district and Penn College. Visit our webpage to learn more about LCIC.
