Mini-Grant Proposal Procedures

The Lancer Foundation established a mini-grant program to provide classroom support through funds designated by an application process generated by the educators of the Loyalsock Township School District. Project requests should not exceed $1,000.00.

The educator will complete and submit an application to his or her building administrator.
The application deadlines are October 1, January 1, and April 1.

Applications will be reviewed by the Loyalsock Township School District administrative team. The administrative team will review applications for appropriateness, budget, legality, curriculum, etc.

Successful applications will be submitted to the mini-grant committee of The Lancer Foundation Board for review. Selected projects will be recommended to The Lancer Foundation Board for approval. There must be a majority vote for approval of the mini-grant. The Lancer Foundation will present the mini-grant applications to the Loyalsock Township School Directors at the next available School Board meeting for informational purposes. The Lancer Foundation will allocate the approved funds.

An outcomes report will be required upon completion of the project.
