Welcome to Mrs. Brown’s 4th Grade Class!

My name is Kelly Brown and I have been teaching at Schick Elementary for 5 years. Most of that time was spent in 5th grade. I look forward to a new adventure in 4th grade this year. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Lycoming College and I am currently working on my Master’s Degree at Lock Haven University. When I am not working on activities and plans for school, I spend all my spare time playing with and chasing around my children, Miles (6) and Norah (3). My husband, Eric, is also a teacher. He teaches Physics, Math, and STEM at Montgomery Area School District. Some of my most important qualities are being patient, caring, kind, adventurous, and hard-working. I strive to give my students the best education they can possibly have and work hard to get each of them actively engaged in the learning process. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, biking, kayaking, playing games, and trying new things.
